Executive presence: Involves the chief IT executive's view of the role of an executive in business and the capacity to succeed in tandem with other executives. Aspects include a devotion to learning and self‐improvement, self‐evaluation, the ability to acknowledge and resolve business conflicts, and resilience when faced with personal and professional challenges.
